What happens if I already own the course I’ve been gifted or I have a subscription??

For a single course gift card, if you already own the course, upon entering the gift code, you'll be prompted to select an alternative course. 

For an All Courses Pass, if you have an existing subscription, then you will be prompted to either pass on the gift to a likeminded person, or to use it against a future annual subscription.

If you already own all our courses, hold on to the gift card for a future course, or pass it on to someone else. Gift cards last five years from day of purchase. If you would like to speak to us about a refund, please email [e-mail]
