How do I cancel my subscription?

If you are within the money back guarantee period (30 days in the first year or 14 days in any following year), please email [e-mail] to cancel your subscription and receive a full refund. If you are outside the money back guarantee period, your subscription will run for the year. To ensure your subscription doesn’t auto-renew, you can click ‘my account’ in the top right of the site and turn off auto-renew.
