How do I cancel my subscription?

If you are within the money back guarantee period (30 days in the first year or 14 days in any following year), please email [e-mail] to cancel your subscription and receive a full refund. If you are outside the money back guarantee period, your subscription will run for the year. To ensure your subscription doesn’t renew, you can click ‘my account’ in the top right of the site and follow the instructions to cancel your auto-renewal.
