Even if you have the available funds in your account, our payment provider can decline payments if the CVC or postcode checks fail. This may initially appear as a pending payment in your account if your bank has approved the payment. However, as we decline the payment on our end, this payment won't come out of your account or affect your available funds and should disappear within a couple of days. Please ensure your CVC and billing address are correct when buying a course or subscription.
